Something you did not mention is if you are sexually active. I experienced symptoms just like yours and found I had an ectopic pregnancy, another medical emergency. The appendix sounds like the true culprit, but there could be other things going on. You need to get to the ER right away.

My bestfriend had symptoms like this when she was your age and she had gall stones. She had to have her gallbladder removed. She put up with the symptoms for awhile and then all of a sudden it got EXTREMELY painful and she passed out, her parents rushed her to the hospital and you know the rest. So, I'm not saying this is what it is, but things like that can happen at any age. Appendicitis is a serious condition and you really need medical attention. My aunt almost died from the blood poisoning that resulted after her appendix burst.
We are not trying to really scare you by telling you all these things, but you could potentially have a very serious illness. It could also be something minor, but do you really want to take that chance? The answers you are getting are only speculation and a lot of times doctor's can't just tell by your symptoms, they have to run tests and examine you. There is no way anyone on this site would be able to give you a definitive answer, which seems to be what you are looking for. I wish you the best of luck.

Sorry Honey but I have to say it:Go to the doctor Immediately. It's my guess, they're going to find a high white count and a hard abdomen, along with white cells in the urine and a fever. It's my way of saying, I think your having an appendix attack. It may cool down if your quiet and, you put ice packs on your abdomen but, get to a doctor or an ER and let them know what's going on. Have your folks or a friend bring you. I hope I'm wrong.
It could be food poisoning but let them make the decision, huh! If your really in need and cannot get help call Emergancy, I have never told anyone that before.

A bad appendix is serious. If it ruptures it releases toxins that can kill you. I know you don't want to hear it, but you do need to go to a doctor. Good Luck. The only cure is to have it removed.
