Take 2 cups white meat chicken chopped. Add 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1/2 cup mayo, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms - optional, garlic salt, fresh ground pepper, 1/2 cup chicken stock & 1 sleeve Ritz crackers. Mix all together, then pour into glass casserole dish. Cover with 1 cup shredded cheese & dot with butter.....Yummy.....

Deluxe Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounces noodles
1 can tuna (water packed), well drained
1 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
3/4 cup milk
1 can (3 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain noodles, stir in tuna, sour cream, milk, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Place in casserole dish. Mix cracker crumbs, cheese and butter; sprinkle over casserole. If desired, sprinkle paprika over the mixture. Bake, uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes. The family will love it.
