i've really never cared about what some people think because it's really none of their business, and whatever they think, then that's what they think..i can't change things. if there is something that i am sensitive to, then i won't mention it or anything. but most things, i don't care what they think. I think most people do not think something is wrong with an unmarried 28 year old with no kids. It is still a young age to me, but it's all relative, ya know?

So what if you 28 and single with no children? Society has trained us to believe that at 28 your "clock is ticking". If people think something is wrong with you then they are ruled by what society has taught them. I know plenty of woman older than you in the same situation who are happy and content with their lives. If you are happy, then don't worry about what people think.

Nothing necessarily wrong with being single at your age. I wouldn't think there is something wrong with you but I would have to know more about your personality to make some sort of judgment. And as for judgments we all have to make them, it is necessary so that we can figure what is the best thing to do for ourselves and others but judging can be abused as with all things and saying there is something wrong with someone on such scant criteria would be jumping to conclusions and most likely would only be gossip and meant merely to hurt someone, in your case you.

I enjoy being single, but often ask myself the same question. My friends tell me I'm not aggressive enough. It's when I forget about dating that someone tends to come along =)

No. It doesn't matter. You just haven't found 'the one' yet. You definitely wouldn't wanna settle down w/someone who is a deadbeat and not their for children. So, it's good that...well, not that it's good...but everything will be fine.

i absolutely dont think that makes them strange or different at all. marriage and kids are just the stereotypical American things. if you dont want kids or a husband, than you shouldnt have to feel strange about it.
