You can safely lose a pound a week. That represents a deficiency of 500 calories a day between calories ingested and those burned. The more you exercise, the better off you will be.

Calories in, calories out. It is definitely possible. There are good supplements out there to help you lose, along with exercise and diet. Eat lots of protein, up your H2O intake, EXERCISE. Not just cardio, but light weight training, this will help you burn fat quicker.

I'm not trying to be rude but your already at a healty weight. A woman that's 5'7 should be between 142-163. If you want to be smaller than that you'll be under weight. Try to stay within that range.

Eat fresh organic wholegrain foods and do plenty of exercise... the pounds will just waste away. Raise your metabolism, and continue to eat well, and they will never return. Stay away from the tredmill; boring stuff. Take up a sport that's fun.
That's my two-cents worth.

Only by starving yourself, not recommended, but you could lose close to that by exercising and eating low calorie foods and not eating after 6:00p.m . Do lots of stuff that keeps your heart rasing and eat stuff like trail mix to cure snack binging
