Be open & honest with him. Tell him how you really feel. If he truly cares for you, he will not push the issue & will wait until you're ready.
Discuss your concerns & just let him know up front that you're not ready to move in that direction. He may not like hearing it, but any guy who is worth anything will respect you for being honest.
