I've had this problem for about 4 years now. I've seen the campus nurses, and a real doctor. The real doctor said he saw nothing, and the audiologist (?) told me that I could hear fine. But these are my ears and everything is muffled. I've tried the baby ear suction things, and holding my nose and nothing works. My ears hurt and if they pop, they close RIGHT back. I really dont know what else to do.

It sounds like you are having problems with your Eustachian tubes (ETs). They are slender passages between the middle ear and the throat that allow equalisation of pressure across the eardrum. Ask your doctors to start their testing there.

Try getting a nasal spray that has an antihistime in it. I had this same prob not too long age. I had fluid build up behind my ears and they wouldn't pop either. I think that this shoudl work for you. Good LUck

mine are stuffy in high elevation, if you llive in an area like that, maybe that is part of the problem. There also could be an allergy but you doctor should have found that out.
