That's different for all people, me I love to listen to music, some times I'll call up a friend and we will go out and shoot off our weapons. You could take a walk, read a book, whatever you feel you like to do, if worst comes to worst I like sleeping it off. You could try sex, sometimes being with someone helps. All in all, like I said its different for everyone out there.

Start on the treadmill of positive thought. Exchange negative thoughts with positive ones. Read affirmations or positive thinking books. Listen to positive people and actually let their words permeate my negative brick-wall.
