EVERYTHING COOKIES
1 C. margarine
1 C. brown sugar
1 C. white sugar
3 eggs
1 C. peanut butter
1 C. coconut
1 C. chocolate chips
1 C. flour
1 T. baking soda
1 C. oatmeal
1 C. raisins
1 C. pecans

Preheat oven to 350° F. Beat margarine, both sugars, eggs, and peanut butter until creamy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Makes 9 dozen.

Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg

cream all ingreadiants together
(add chocolate chips or raisins) optional

drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet
flatten a with a fork pressing down on the cookie in two different directions to create grooves
bake in pre heated oven fifteen minutes
let cool five minutes before removing from baking sheet
enjoy

Crisp Sugar Cookies

INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
DIRECTIONS
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with the milk. Cover and refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes. On a floured surface, roll out dough to 1/8-in. thickness. Cut out cookies into desired shapes and place 2 in. apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

"White Chocolate Chunk Cookies" - 1 1/2 dozen

1/2 cup butter or margarine; softened
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
10 oz. white chocolate; coarsely chopped
1/2 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts; lightly toasted

Cream butter and shortening; gradually add sugars, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add eggs; beat well.
Combine flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Stir in vanilla. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Chill dough 1 hour.
Drop dough by 2 tablespoonfuls, 3" apart, onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350* for 12-14 minutes (cookies will be soft). Cool slightly on cookie sheets; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
