Whenever I workout or go walking my legs will spasm afterwards spontanously all over my legs but then it subsides within a few minutes or sometimes a few days ... what causes this? I admit I don't workout much but im trying to do more physical activity...

It's possible you need potassium. Make sure you eat a banana every day, and walk every day too.

That's not very normal. But I would first recommend that you do a lot of stretching before and after the workout, especially for the areas where you are experiencing muscle spasms. Spend at least 10-15 minutes stretching.

I could be that you aren't hydrating yourself adequately before you work out. I try to drink a bottle of water before, and one after.
