Recenlty I've been getting 24/7 headahces and rls(restless leg syndrome) I analyze what I've been eating and realized that I Havent been eating any iron. I need to start eating more iron but I dont know any foods that are rich in iron. Can somebody give me a list so I can go out and shop for them

Meats, seafood, whole grains, spinach, broccoli, beans, and nuts. Look for Iron fortified cereals. But also make sure you have plenty of Vit. C. It helps your body absorb the iron. Try the iron fortified orange juice.

I would not take iron pills. I rather take it as natural sources.
I don't eat red meat alot. I alternatevely eat raisins and healthy nuts.

iron is in red meat
chicken
turkey
cereal with vitamins
take mulitvitamin
or iron supplement like me
and in dark greens

Liver is rich in iron- doctors always recommend it.

Liver of any kind is very rich in iron. I know I know, some people find liver disgusting....I love it though. :)
