Wow! Nexus has humectrus (not sure if spelling right) put on wet hair and leave it on. Normally nexus is too heavy for my hair but when I had a perm I used it. Basically, you need leave on conditioners and make sure that they don't have alcohol in them.

First what are you using for shampoo and conditioner. If its not professional get one that is. Joico K-pak is geared for damaged hair. They have a reconstructor, shampoo and conditioner. Right now would be a good time to look since gift packs are out right now with either the s&c and some have all 3. Biosilk Silk Therapy is excellent to and can be left in. Its a serum and puts moisture back into your cuticle. As for a styling aid you can use a gel or curling creme. Lots of choices, rusk, curly sexy hair, kms. Look around. Good Luck. Have you gotten your ends cut since your perm?

My mum told me that when she had a dodgy perm once a hairdresser told her that to get rid of it she should buy a home perming kit from the chemist /supermarket /hairdresser, go home, put the solution on her hair as if she is going to perm it from scratch, then brush the solution through until her hair goes straight again, then wash it out. It worked believe it or not so you should give it a go. Good luck

Buy a spray, like a plastic one that gardeners use on their seedlings. Comb your hair through on a morning with a wide toothed comb, then give it a spray with warm water. Comb through, then scrunch your hair up, starting from the ends, making a fist once the hair is in your hand. Then let it dry naturally

try roller setting it when it is damp with large rollers and let it air dry. this should make it less frizzy as hair should dry into shape of rollers
