Use whitening crest tooth paste. Brush your teeth with it after every meal. Also the new listerine whitening mouth wash. And when you have free time like in a elevator apply a crest whitening strip. Also ask your dentist for suggestions.

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and
are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural
tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries
but certain precautions have to be taken.

Please don't go to the store and buy a toothpaste that says with Bleaching.. when you get older your teeth would turn out to be chipped and yellow-golden. Ask your dentist what he can recommend you use Cologate or Crest that says Scope or special Whithening that removes stains and promotes whiteness.
