We all eat too much and the farmers always have their largest mean at lunch time and just snack at dinner{ so, skip the evening meal as it is the meal that put a lot of weight on your body and the reason you usually go tobed very shortly and do not use it as energy,,,so it turns to fat,

of course... I understand with the HUGE breakfast good for you but you should divide your lunch time too breakfast ,maintain your daily energy.. and when lunch comes by you'll be like I am still full, maybe I'll eat half of that big lunch and the second half later.

Yes I do all the time... although i usually have a humongous breakfast and skip both lunch and dinner.

nicely supposedly. yet i might bypass the two breakfast and lunch and function a huge dinner and lost/maintained (i grow to be anorexic however). I heavily dont advise it however. you will get dizzy and be counting the hours til dinner

If your hungry at dinner - you should eat something(maybe a salad or something healthy). Your body is hungry for a reason. Sometimes you just have a bigger appetite one day than other days.

in uk, there is a saying, i'm not sure if i've quoted it correctly, but it goes something like this:
Breakfast like a king,
Lunch like a prince,
Have dinner like a pauper (poor person).
