For starters, its in grain group if you have whole rye, it doesn't last long but have good sourfce of fiber, prevents you have heart clogged arties, heart disease, and have small amounts antioxidants.

Kosher seeded jewish rye bread is essential to the sanity and nutrition of the entire world. There is not a better bread on this Earth.

It tastes good, if made into 100% naturally leavened organic rye bread, but what grain doesn't. It's just a grain. It's a seed from a type of grass, just like wheat, rice, oats, buckwheat, etc.. It's not important. It just is.
