I lost 7lbs in a week by having 1 piece of toast for breakfast, about 4 tablespoons of pasta for lunch, and a ham sandwich for my dinner. And a cordial drink in between. Nothing else at all. OK for a quick fix, but don't keep it up permanently or over a long period. That should be enough to drop a size. Good Luck.

At your age you don't need to be going on crash diets to lose weight in one week. FORGET THAT !! What you can do is this:
Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk, run, or swim an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.
No alcohol
no bread
no burgers
No candy
No chips
no corn
no fried foods
No pasta
No pizza
No potatoes
No sodas
No sugar

okay, first of all, NO DAIRY FOODS!, next, do not eat after 6p.m.... we don't burn too many calories once we have sat down to watch tv, or go out to the pub.....
Avoid eating white bread, wheat, and pulses, they tend to bloat the stomach. and finally, if you can , find somewhere that does body wraps, it really can make a difference!

i live on polos.....they do me wonders if i want to lose weight! i know its not good for you, but im perfectly fine....if you get hungry between meals, definatley much on polos instead of food!!
