Right now I'm a radiology technologist (I just take x-rays and assist the doctors). I feel like I want to know more than how to just take x-rays. Where can I find reading material to expand my knowledge?

EDIT: by faux, yes i mean fake, by fake i mean i want to know some of what the doctors know. i'm not looking to illegally cut people up and give medical advice, this is all for MY OWN knowledge. and to the person who said 'google it' i guess you could use that to answer ALL the questions on this site right? lol

A faux doctor is a ''fake'' doctor, I don't know how to help be a fake doctor.
If you want to increase your knowledge you can i) take courses at your local college, or online ii) ask the radiologists you work with to teach about the reading process to increase your knowledge iii) take continuing education courses offered at the facility you are working for iv) go to something called a LIBRARY and sign out books and read them for knowledge.
It is called 'education'.

The best place would be a medical library. Depending on what you specifically want to know (radiology? or some other specialty) will determine what you should start reading. Another option is to go back to school and become a doctor yourself. It is great that you have an interest! Follow it!!!

Try looking at the course listings for your local community college. They can help certify you in many other medical techniques and careers. This is the time of year to register for the Spring Semester, so go for it!

You mean a fake doctor right? I have no idea what you're talking about, but you could perform triple faux pas surgery.
