Well you can make the veggies in the soup that is in your getting started manual. I know what you mean about getting bored. I did too. I love the baby carrots with regular dip. The regular dip is 1 point for 2 tablespoons and is soooo yummy! Also try making a chicken wrap with tortilla wraps, lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, olives, and cheese(dairy) and chicken! It is so great! Also you can try the whipped peanut butter it is 3 points for 2 tablespoons Peter pan makes it. Try putting the spray butter on it. Have some fun with it! I have lost almost 65 lbs with Weight watchers! I hope you have great success with this program. Remember you can do it and you are TOTALLY worth it! Best of wishes!!!

Get the vegetables or make vegetables fun to eat like stir-fry veggies (not too much oil), Spagetti sauce that have only veggies inside and no meat, V8 perhaps try V8 Spalsh!, carrot juice by Naked, salad with your favorite dressing suggestion: Caesar, Italian, A Thousand Island, Fat-free Ranch. Fried onions with Campbell's tomato soup.

You can saute in flavored oil (use small amount), experiment with spices or make soup.

On the Kimkins low carb diet veggie soup is very popular.

I have one word for you...

Garlic.

Add that or a flavored seasoning to your veggies and that will cure the monotony. A wider variety of veggies can also help.
