if i do push ups and crunches every night for about 20 mins will that help me get more skinni?

No. You must burn fat with cardio exercises for a minimum of 30 minutes a day at 60 to 80% of your peak target heart rate.

you will definately get muscle mass, which is more attractive to most people, might i ask why you want to get skinny?
