Cold Spinach dip
1 1/2 cups Helmans Mayonaise
1 cup sour cream
1 Pkg. frozen spinach - drained and chopped
1 Pkg. Knorr Swiss vegetable soup.
Stir all ingredients together and chill for a few hours.
Options: If you want to add chopped onion or celery or water chestnuts for crunchy dip you can. It is not needed though.

1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic, minced
MIX all ingredients; cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
SERVE with assorted Nabisco Crackers, breads and Stella D'Oro Breadsticks.
Spinach Dip
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 packet of Knorr brand vegetable soup mix
1 teaspoon dry onion soup mix (mix well before measuring)
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 green onions, chopped
1. Squeeze spinach to remove excess liquid. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Chill dip at least two hours.
Makes about 4 1/2 cups dip.
Serving Suggestion: Hollow out a round loaf of bread and fill with the dip. Cut the middle section of the bread into desired shape and place around the dip along with an assortment of fresh vegetables.

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup minced red bell pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Squeeze the water out of the spinach, and place the spinach into a mixing bowl. Stir in the onion, garlic, vegetables, sour cream, mayonnaise, and cumin. Season with salt and pepper. Let the dip stand at room temp for 1/2 hour for the flavors to mix, and stir again before serving. This dip keeps well in the fridge, covered, for up to 1 week.

not sure if you want a hot or cold dip.. here's a hot one.
Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip
1 (6 1/2 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 Tablespoons chopped onion
1 Tablespoon butter or margarine
1 (10 oz) package frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups (8 oz) shredded Co-Jack cheese
1/2 cup milk
3/4 teaspoon Creole seasoning
Tortilla chips
Cooking Instructions:
In a large skillet, saute artichokes and onion in butter until onion is tender. Stir in spinach and Parmesan cheese; cook over low heat until spinach is heated through. Add Co-Jack cheese, milk and Creole seasoning; heat until cheese is melted.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
Yield: 2 cups

Mine's easy.
1 16oz container sour cream
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch powder
1 10 oz. box frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 little can water chestnuts, chopped.
Combine everything, and refrigerate for a few hours.

an easy wasy is to get the packets of vegetable dip mix from the store and follow the directions to make it but don't refrigerate yet. then make some frozen spinach in the microwave and then squeeze the water from it and mix it into the prepared vegatable dip. then you can refrigerate until u need to use it (i usually let it sit over night but if you're in a hurry just follow the directions on the vegatable dip). i also add garlic when i add the spinach and water chestnuts make it nice and crunchy.

Use a package of frozen spinach squeezed dry in towel. Use your preferred combination of mayo, sour cream, yogurt and add a packet of ranch dressing mix. Blend in food processor and let mixture set in refrigerator to allow flavors to develop.
