That question doesn't make sense. What do you mean "specifically Westwood"? The City of Los Angeles is in Los Angeles County; whether or not Westwood is a part of the City of Los Angeles is irrelevant to which county the City of Los Angeles is located in, so I don't know why you mentioned it.
