A great cold weather drink that includes baileys is made with coffe (cafe magic) or Hot chocolate (black magic). It includes Baileys Irish Creme, Frangelico (premium hazelnut liquer), and Kahlua.
You should always keep it in the refrigerator (chilled) and another great way to enjoy Baileys is on the rocks. (over ice)
Baileys is also one of the ingredients in the cruelest drinks in the world. It is called a cement mixer. This is a drink you order for a friend as a joke. It is a shot of lime juice and a shot of baileys. Tell the victim to take the shot of lime juice and swish it in their mouth for a second. WHILE HOLDING THE LIME JUICE IN THEIR MOUTH, drink the shot of baileys and have them swish them both in their mouth.
It will coagulate in their mouth and turn into this crud with the consistency fo cottage cheese that they will have to chew down. It is funnier to perpetrate than this description makes it seem.

I have two favorite drinks I make with Baileys.
1st- Usually called a Buttery Nipple or Copper Camel.
Shot glass
1 Oz Baileys
1 Oz Buttershots (Dekyuper makes my fav.) AKA Butterscotch Schnapps.
I layer the Baileys on the Buttershots, you can do this by pouring down the side of the glass tilted slightly, or over a spoon held against the inside of the glass.
2nd- Screaming Orgasm
1 Oz Baileys
1 Oz Kahlua
1 Oz Amaretto
1 Oz Vodka
and
4 Oz Half and Half
Shake well
Serve over ice
Pint Glass

I can't sit be and let you think that you make and Irish Car Bomb that way. As one of my favorite drinks I will defend it!
Fill a pint glass about half way with Guinness
Fill a shot glass half way with an Irish whiskey
Pour Baileys into shot glass until full
Drop the bailey's whiskey shot glass into the pint
Immediately Chug!
If you wait too long it starts to curdle and it doesn't taste as good. The final taste should be all Bailey's.
Highly effective beverage!

Do you have a smoothie machine or a blender? Fill the blender with cubes or crushed ice, add Vodka, Kahlua and Baileys Irish cream to your liking, add a splash of milk and a banana. Blend till smooth. Very good.... Try one...

Pour one measure of Sambuca (liquorice-y flavoured spirit) into a glass then pour an equal measure of baileys on top.
You're supposed to down it like a shot, its so yummy. Called a "slippery nipple" so its a bit embarrassing to ask for!

Try it with coffee (I can attest to it) or milk (this I can't, though I've been told it makes drinking milk more 'fun')

During the holidays I drink it in my coffee in the morning. I use it as if it was a creamer. Other than that I just drink it on the rocks.
