I'd like to get the perfect pomeranian because i've been wanting one since i've been young, any suggestions on whether I should get a male or female? I'd like to know which one would be a better house pet.

Each pomeranian has it's individual personality. It doesn't matter whether the dog is a female or male. The biggest and most important issue is, is how the two of you get along.

They may be small and cute but a Pomeranian is hard work. They need to be groomed daily, as their fur gets tangled very easily - take it from me, I have one. Also, the require a lot of attention and do not like being locked up on their own. They like to be involved with everything, and are intelligent inquisitive dogs. They also need interaction with other poms/dogs because they tend to think they are humans! I would consider getting 2 boys. But females do have a nice temperament.

There is no perfect, each is an individual but maybe a spayed female makes a better house pet. If you seek perfection you are bound to be disapointed. How much time will you invest?
You in the wrong sectiob this is birds.

I have had both a male and female pom - each dog has their own individual personality and cannot be predetermined simply based on gender. The best way to choose a puppy is to see which puppy takes to you best (i.e. plays with you or follows you around) - many breeders will tell you that the puppy chooses you and not the other way around.
