As above - eBay's probably the best place. It's definitely buyer beware, though, as there's plenty of rubbish out there which sellers claim is working and then turns out not to be. If I had a pound for every nightmare story I've heard about hi-fi bought on eBay...

Bear in mind that the sound quality of changers is generally pretty bad, and that they'll do a good job of chewing your records up with their cheap needles.
