You can get new allergies and food intolerances as you age. The trademark of lactose intolerance is typically stomach cramping when you have too much dairy. If you find that you just can't eat or drink the same amount of dairy that you used to be able to tolerate, then you have probably developed a food intolerance. There are some medications you can take for lactose intolerance that will make it easier to eat dairy. Good luck!

It's an allergy. I get stomach aches and get a queasy feeling after drinking milk and ice cream
