Try...dancing (bellydance, salsa, ballet, jazz...etc) always fun and burns major calories. Also try swimming...if you enjoy the water swimming can be fun and you will be toning your entire body. Since winter is here try ice skating with a buddy:) Hope this helps!

Have you tried playing Dance Dance Revolution? It's a video game that plays music while arrows go across the screen. You step on a floorpad when and where the arrows tell you to. You move, dance, and get a workout...without even realizing you're exercising. So much fun!

Sweatin' to the Oldies! They are all about having fun, and seeing the overweight people finishing the entire workout is very inspiring.
