lay flat on ur back arms flat by your side palms on the floor.raise legs 6 inches off floor hold 4 20 secs.down raise again 12 inches hold 20 secs .the repeat 18 in then 24 in. do this 3 reps. 3 days a week.tell you this will do the trick
