UMMMM y would u want dried lime?

It puzzles me why you should want to but try putting a whole lime into a microwave after pricking it several times then set it on a low level and a long time. keep checking it and see how its getting on. I dry out herbs the same way, I put them in the microwave for a long time on a low setting and keep checking. when you can crumple the herbs, they are ready for bottling for winter use.

Leave it in a warm, dry place for a long while.
I do this sort of thing accidentally fairly often.
If you live where it's humid, you may need to put it on a heat vent or something.
