what is a diet.i mean i thought it was eating less or in portions.or eating healthier foods.but what is it exactly??

Actually, a diet is any regimen (routine) that you choose to eat. If you eat only 9 fat burgers and 9 sodas a day then that would be your diet. If you want to look at a healthy diet then either ask your parents or a nutritionist or even Google for diets and be specific about your age, weight, height, sex, etc. to find some suggested diets.

A diet means itz the food in wich there are things limited and non limited. means few things like bread itz limited and some like meat u can eat as much as you can. & everything shuld go on time. also teas 7 coffees on time.

your "diet" is what you eat.. there are all different types of different diets. for example a "calorie control diet" is where you eat less calories.

ps. you should always try to have a healthy diet
