A couple of bucks ... (they charge by the mile & time) ... but if the cab has a JATO (Jet Assisted Take Off) system, those babies get up to about 450 MPH and you're going to have to stop at an ATM machine for more money 'cause your 13 minute ride is going to put you about 98 miles from your starting point!

Probably about $10-12, it depends on how long you have to wait at red lights, what their initial charge is, etc. You can call cab companies in the area and ask. Keep in mind most cabs expect a 10-15% tip in addition to the charge.
