I had the same problem for years and spent money on over the counter medications, don't waiste your money on that.
I finally went to the doctor and she gave me a prescription for Fluconazole 200 mg. to take once per week for 2 months.

Please go see a podiatrist. I see patients every day who refuse to get treatment until things get so bad they just can't stand it anymore, and will finally cave and come in. You are not doing yourself any good by waiting for treatment. A podiatrist or even a general practitioner can prescribe you medication to help with this condition. It will be resolved much more quickly that way.

Good luck.

I have read and heard that Vicks will do it. Also have heard (close source) that rubbing the whole foot with Vicks and putting on a sock makes the feet feel really good. Good luck
