Should Mr be written with the Man's name or SHould Mrs be written with the man's name?

It is Mr. and Mrs. Smith, man first; on the other hand when using the first names or different people not married the women go first for example: Jane and John Smith.

If you hold to traditional etiquette, the masculine always comes first with couples and you include the man's name after the Mrs, as well. Ex. Mr and Mrs James Smith.

Mr. and Mrs. John Doe or to keep it short and simple but still with respect to the couple Mr. and Mrs. Doe. Never should the Mrs. comes before the Mr.

Mr. should go first, Mrs., and then the man's full name.

Mr. and Mrs. John S. Smith is very formal, but it is definately the Mr. before the Mrs.

Both are correct, if you're using only the last name.

If its John Smith (the Mister's name) then it should be Mrs and Mr John Smith

This may be out of the realm of possibility, but you could just say "the Smiths". If I were a married woman, I would not want to be known by my husband's last name, let alone his first name.

Women are people too, not just wives and mothers.
