How long would you let your kids play in the snow? Ages 3,4,6,8,9,and 13.

by the time they are eight they should know when to come in the house. The 3-4 year old should only go out in the yard as long as you are able to be out there with them. The other kids are still too young and active to be responsible for the little ones. I depends on the temp also. Sorry not a defined answer. I don't live where you are and have no idea how cold it is.

I'm 14 and I live in Buffalo so alot of kids play in the snow but at holidays our family makes us come in after about an hour if we don't come in already

Until they get cold and tired. Each age is different. Toddlers might last only half an hour while a 13 year old could be out there all afternoon.

Eventually they get wet and cold and come in. Amazingly before frost bite sets in.

I'd keep and eye on the 3-4 year-olds, but I think they'll all come inside before they are in any danger from the cold. Kids aren't going to just stay outside and freeze to death. They'll go inside if they are uncomfortable.
