If some one in LA is following me and beeping their horn to offer me a ride, I'll probably want to call a cop on them cause, cause they would deffinetly have alterior motives.

In some areas the pace is just slower and people are friendlier. However, I hope you know you should never get a ride with someone you don't know. I don't care 'where' you are.
