Practice 3 times a day and eat a lot of health food.Try doing some 2 arm push-ups everyday too.

Well..being a chicken and all, I really need to build up muscle..therefore I can do 15-45 one-arm push-ups just from practice.

keep on doing. I started at 3 to 5 now im doing 10 to 13 its hard but if you keep on doing them youll eventually move up on the reps. Also do other exercises with weights and things like that also help
