You can either use MoneyGram, Send it to his Bank or use Western Union. You can also send a check to him if its within the same country.

Yes, I would think a check made out to the newlyweds would be appropriate. Lots of people give money, and most new couples appreciate having the money in lou of the gifts so they can use it for the things the didn't get, or for their honeymoon cash, or whatever else.
Find a nice card, write a personal note telling them to use the money in their new life together and that you love them.
Most likely this would be better than a gift card to McDonalds ;)
heh heh

Use the United State Postal Money Order,If not use the Western Union services or Money Gram services. If it's a more legal way and if you have a bank account just obtain a draft in favour of your brother as a wedding gift.

I would run the idea past him first, as some people may feel ackward about accepting money for this sort of thing, especially from a sibling. From there, you can decide together what works for both of you.

Just get a card and tell him congradulations and that you thought that you would give him the money so that him and his wife can pick out what they need. why buy a present just in case that someone else got the same.
