Can you add words to videos on Windows movie maker?

What I am trying to ask is, while your video is playing, can you add something like captioning to the video?

Definitely u can if u hav XP sp3 pack. it allows to add titles during the playback.
u got to make a title and put it as overlayed at the bottom of the timeline.
