Perhaps you should try a doctor of chiropractic, where exactly is the pressure at in your head, can you point to it, is it a constant pressure or achy in nature? Chiropractors have had great success in treating not only back neck or muscular pains but also headaches and other conditions. You see, in the back of your upper neck region, there are areas where trigger points lie and those areas can become tight and in spasm causing headaches and possible pressures in your head. A doctor of chiropractic can help you by locating areas in the spine that are "out of place" and muscles that are in spasms. If you have already exhausted every possible route, you should seek help else where rather than seeing medical doctors and taking a laundry list of medications that are probably doing more harm than good. A Chiropractor can also help you with lifestyle changes and dietary changes, nutritional counseling, and if needed a referal to another specialist.

Your leaving a lot of questions out of here. How old are you, man or woman and a student. Do you have kids, married..? yes, this all has a bearing on your problems. Do you work and what kind of job. What's your previous medical history?
I can tell you from reading what you said. You have nothing wrong that shows up with any tests we have. You can ask for a special CAT's scan that's three dimensional that shows three hundred pictures per one quarter inch (1/4 inch =300 pic.) you'd have roughly 3000 pictures, and, in color. so, this is your choice, you can ask the doctor for this if you can pay.
The next thing would be either a different doctor with all your medical evaluation and go to a medical teaching hospital, where the doctors go to be interns and earn their degrees. The "Mayo Clinic" is one In Saginaw, Michigan you can go to St. Marys hospital or Covenant hospital and, I'm sure there are others in your area that can have a doctor that may choose to see if he can help you. Good luck

I think that maybe a cat-scan may help. or a sleep study, you need a specialist. Maybe a neurologist or something along those lines.
You could have nerve damage, so if you doctor won't help, sorry to tell ya you need to find one that will. Unless you can live with the pain.
Also before going to a new doctor if you have had ANY horrible illness or injury in the past you need to make your doctor aware.
Even check with your immediate family to make sure you know of hereditary disease or maybe infections. Also if you have current health issues you should read more into what you have because, it maybe the underlying factor of the pain.
One other helpful thing I can tell you is I had a pain that may have similar to yours, mine turned out to be sinus infection. You would be surprised on how many things you could be allergic to and they will cause you a great deal of continuous pain. I hope this helps.

It could be anything from allergies, sinuses ,high blood sugar, low blood sugar, high blood pressure, stress, being over worked. I would rule them all out one by one before you go to see a neurologist. It has to be something that a MRI cannot detect because its probably not a neurological problem. See another MD. to help you rule out the possibilities I mentioned at the beginning. Good luck to you.
