That is supposed to be Latin - someone took an English sentence and ran it through one of those online translators to turn it into Latin. What they really did was butcher it so badly that it is completely incomprehensible. Those online language manglers cannot handle Latin at all - they do not conjugate verbs, decline nouns, or even translate all the words (books was retained in English). What you end up with is just a mess.
books - books (did not get translated)
labae - ? (to give way, totter according to the translator)
domi - at home (this is correct)
mage - ? (even the translator could not identify this one)

Hi,
Sounds like Latin, but besides "domi" (i.e. dominion, rule), none of the others are actual words, except perhaps 'books' in English.
