What is meant by Prority Date in Green Card process?

Please explain about priority date? How long does it take to get the PERM labor result? Can we know whether its EB2 or EB3 at the time of filing the PERM labor?

You should check the government immigration website and find the link to green card. Your priority date is, I believe, the receipt date of your file. But check the link to be sure.
