Put them in a roasting dish, pour over a little oil and cover with the top or silver foil. Cook in a preheated oven, gas 6, or electric 200 for about 20-30 mins depending on size. Don`t let them dry up though. Put more oil on if necessary.

Here's a recipe for you...

"Roasted Turkey Breast with Fall Vegetables" - Serves 8

1 boneless turkey breast half (about 3 1/2 lbs.), skin on
1/2 (16 oz.) bag frozen pearl onions; thawed
1 1/2 lbs. red potatoes; cut in 1" cubes
2 lbs. sweet potatoes; peeled, cut in 1" cubes
3 tsp. crumbled dried thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. olive oil

Preheat oven to 375*. Place turkey in one half of 13x9" rectangular roasting pan; place onions and potatoes in remaining half of pan. Sprinkle vegetables and turkey with thyme and salt, using most over vegetables, and pushing a little under turkey skin. Drizzle with oil; gently toss vegetables.
Roast, turning vegetables occasionally, about 1 hour (until a meat thermometer inserted in center of turkey reads 170*).
Remove turkey to cutting board; let sit for 10-15 minutes. Remove turkey skin; discard. Slice turkey and slide slices onto platter; surround with vegetables.
(Two small turkey breast halves - 1 3/4 lb. each - can be substituted for one large breast half.)

maximum suitable way we've got here upon for those is in a sluggish cooker, with fowl broth for moisture, as turkey breast would tend to be very dry with maximum different procedures. we've even positioned dressing in a foil wrap and bake with the breast.
