How can you tell any way. But this man just says the kindest most reassuring things, or am I deluded? Can you really fall in love with a man because of his kind words? What do you think?

Hard to tell really. I probably wouldnt call it love, well than I cant say that either, because I dont know how long you have known this man. Kind words are always a good thing. Deluded? Nah, not at all.

Be careful, guys have a way of sweet talking their way into a girls heart but then they mite change later on. I doubt its love but give it some time and see how things go...dont jump into anything too soon. I know from personal experience tht the first couple of weeks even months guys are totally different....then how they turn out to be in the later months/yrs of the relationship. You can fall in love with a man b/c of his words but just give it time....good luck!

Yeah i think you could fall in love with a man by the things he says; however, you should be careful those are only words. Words need to be backed up with actions. Actions speak louder than words. Don't fall 2 much in love with this person unless he has done something to show you that he cares.

this would be an answer from my personal experiences. I thought i was in love with a woman and got married and 2 years later a divorce. now i talk to a woman from my past that i had feeling for before and every time i hear her voice and even when i see her i get butterflies in my stomach. when u can actually feel that i would like to say you have some kind of connection. now this woman from my past and i are very much in love and im 8 hours away from her.

So so, it could also be infatuation, especially IF you come from a past of neglect or have had low self-esteem. The way you can really tell if you're in love is if, you can think of the most craziest thing in the world and put him at the other end. If you would go through that just to get to him, you're probably in love. If you put his happiness before your, probably in love. Anything you have, if it was needed to save him or if he just needed it and you'd give it no questions asked asking nothing in return, you're probably in love.

You can fall in love with someone based on any little thing - but kind words aren't everything.
I love a man that does everything for me but give me attention or let me just talk about my day.
I love him, but is the day to day sadness from feeling lonley make him worth my love?

we are all different when it comes to the feelings of being in love.
i dont think anyone can answer this question because you will just know yourself if you love this man, and the reason why we love someone could be because they act in all different ways, what makes me love my boyfriend is because he makes me feel safe, for other ppl it will be different, im guessing for you its cos of his kind words? the thing tht gives it away most is the strong feeling in the tummy, sorry to sound a bit soppy but hey thts how it starts haha!

Love is very complicated. It can be hard to tell if you're in love or not. From what you're telling me, you either like him as a friend or are infatuated with him. This doesn't mean you won't fall in love, but I don't think you are right now. Give it time. You'll know when you're in love. It will be like nothing you've ever felt before.
