best way for a gradual believable tan without looking orange and being white today and orange/tan tomorrow is to get Jergans Natural Glow...its an everyday moisturizer that you apply like regular body lotion its white in color not brown or orange so be sure to cover all bases in a circular motion so you dont get streaking...THIS lotion gradually over the course of a week increases the color in your skin giving you a slow natural tan you will acheive maximum color within 5 days or so and as long as you keep putting the cream on nightly you will remain that same color and ifyou stop using it, your skin color will fade like a natural tan

PLEASE BUY L'oreal sublime glow...it really really works....Get it for medium skin tones. After 1 week you will have a noticable tan....Use it as a daily moisturizer. Don't try Jergens or Olay, they don't work and they smell bad. This is also safe for your face. Oh and Use L'oreal Sublime bronze any angle spray for your hands. Just aim at your hands from 12" away and lightly mist. they won't blotch and will match the rest of your body! Good Luck! Ps. I also heard the Dove product worked well, but I haven't bothered trying it because I'm so happy with L'Oreal

You could BUY a self-tanning spray or lotion.

I recommend going to a spa or salon that does airbrush tanning. It's the same as one of those self-tanning sprays, except it's done by a professional so you are less likely to have an uneven or orange tan.

I hope I helped!
