Absolutely not. Even on a diet of water pills (dieuretics) you would only be able to lose about ten pounds semi-safely in two weeks. Any more and you would lose potassium, sodium and other electrolites needes for muscle movement and not feel well enough to go anyway.
If it were that easy, people who were morbidly obese would be able to go from XXXXL to a large size in about a month. Thats why there are so many diets out there because nothing will take weight off quickly.
Even when you diet your body goes into survival mode. It traps and stores extra calories as fat because the body thinks that food supplies are short. When you stop dieting, the weight comes back because the body thinks food supplies are back to normal, but its not taking any chances on giving up the stored food in the fat cells.
Thats why there is nothing better than a reduction of quantity in food portions over a long period of time. It gives the body time to adjust and not store the extra weight and fat.
Hope this helps.

It took me 40 days to loose 30 pounds on a no diet weight loss plan. I say no diet because you don't skip meals or have to buy or eat special foods. I eat normal foods (fairly healthy) and I still lost the weight so it is possible to loose 15 pounds in 2 weeks but not 30 of course unless you are deathly ill or something like that, but under normal healthy conditions ~ no. So it's 15 or nothing. Best wishes to you and to your health and I know you can do it because I am doing it and I'm 45

Short of severing a limb, NO! A realistic goal for weight loss is no more than 2 pounds a week. Any more than this will put your body into "starvation mode" and you will stop loosing weight. The really tough part about that is when you do start eating normally again, you will gain more weight than you lost as a result of your body protecting itself in case something like that were to happen again.

For one thing, sitting behind the keyboard is the worst thing you can do. Get up and get busy! If you eat alot of protein and very few carbohydrates you will lose alot fast and it will raise your metabolism. Eat meats and cheese and green vegetables. Stay away from carrots and sweet peas. Don't eat any sugar, bread, pasta, potatoes, rice, or anything low fat. If you want salad dressing, eat the regular kind. The low fat dressing has more carbs. If you want a crunchy snack, eat pork skins. They are protein. I did this and lost 50lbs. You need 50 grams of carbs a day. Try to eat the carbs alone. Don't combine with fat. I would eat something sweet at night before bed, since I wouldn't be eating all night while sleeping.
Carbohydrates digest slowly. Protein disgests fast. If you eat fat with carbs (french fries), the carbs will slow your system down and allow the fat to be absorbed so you only eat fat with protein.
Make sense? Just watch for carbs and you'll be alright.
It took me longer than 2 weeks to lose 30 lbs, but in two weeks I had lost about 20 lbs. And never went hungry,
If I went to McDonalds, I got a bacon double cheeseburger and removed the bread. If I went to Taco Bell, I got the Taco Salad without beans and didn't eat the shell. Just examples, but showing you that you can still eat out. You can eat all the protein you want. It's been 5 years and my weight still is down where I wanted it. :-) I eat carbs now but not like I used to.

In 2 weeks? No, not unless you want to become extremely ill. But give it time and you can do it. There are a lot of good ideas here already. I will just add this one: Even the water you drink can have an impact on your weight!

It cannot be done. Stop trying. In order to lose weight safely without the chance of regaining is 2.5 to 3 lbs per week. Anything more is a risk to your health.

it is depending on your weight and the kind of fats in your body, but i think trying to loose weight so fast is not good, take your time and take care.
