Okay, this guy I know used to tease me back in sixth grade, then we start going to the same school again, he doesn't talk to me much at first, I find his screen name and im him, he apologizes profusely and we start having deep conversations about everything and he starts saying "Hey Jenny" to me(he says it first) and smiling really nicely in the hallways and he seems like he grows to like me after he learns that I'm not as annoying as I used to be, he even sends a shirtless picture of himself to me. So he shows all these nice signs of him liking me, and then he pulls back and acts like he doesn't like me. It's almost as if he was being so forward that now he feels he has to start pulling back to make up for it. But he still says hi and everything, he just responds to my ims saying he's busy or sick or something,(both of which are true) and he logs on less frequently and it's been 2 weeks since we've had a decent chat.

Maybe he's just afraid of rejection. He wants to make sure you actually do like him. Just flirt with him (but don't overdo it) and if he responds to that, then he likes you. Plus, by flirting with him, you're letting him know that you like him.

he is just fooling around you so just ignore him and treat him the way he treats you, if he is friendly be friendly and if he ignorres you ignore him too.
