As a girl (myself!) if a guy asked me out & I liked him I'd most probably say yes & if I said no it's be for these reasons:
1. I was genuinely busy & had made prior plans (which I'd try & change for him if I possibly could)
2. I was insecure (or shy) & the prospect of going out with him was daunting (in which case you should give it another chance & if she still says no I'd ask her directly, are you inetrested in going out with me or should I stop calling & bugging you?!)
3. I was having a bad week & needed time...

if you meet someone that you click with, you'll both know it & would get on well & be able to communicate. Just don't force it that's the worst thing you can do, being detached is very important. .
these are just my opinions but I hope it's helpful..
Hope that helps!
with luv

not just yet, she might really be busy this weekend. Ask again next weekend. Then the one after, if she says she's busy then again, ask her if she'd like to go out when she's free. If she says she'll still busy, then it may be time for you to move on.

No way, no one every got anywhere quiting at the first sight of trouble. Look, let me level with ya, she is shy IE insecure, you need to reassure her of things, Instead of simply asking her out (which she might think you are doing to be polite) let her know how you feel about her, meet up as friends and then flirt with her, Touch her often but subtly and let her know that you appreciate her, tempt her, thrill her and dominate her. Good luck

I am sorry you should move on as i have found out when a girl says i will let you know when i am free is no, i hate when girls do this why can they just tell the truth! and say no it will be much easier, but girls are never easy!
