I don't know what to avoid. But best ones are garnier and pantene pro-v

There's nothing wrong with cheap products. They usually have a lower concentration of chemicals, so they actually aren't as harsh on your hair as some of the mor expensive brands can be.

avoid herbal esseneces i know that it is very bad for the hair and it strips natural moisture! you might also want to avoid garnier fuctise, i have tried it and it just doesnt do anything, and the hair is very dry afterwards!

it really doesnt matter the price. good shampoos are ones with alot of vitamins in them, it keeps your hair healthy, and can promote growth.
