Tell ya what, i date a guy that is 26 years older than me. And we have a wonderful time. We have been dating fo r 2 years and it has been great. Pros: EXPERIENCE (hopefully) this is always a good thing. MATURE, usually he knows where he's going in life and has his head on straight. The cons for me were: people like to talk and make jokes about having a sugar daddy (let em talk), sometimes he will mention something from when he was a kid and I have never heard of, like music, or stars. But really you are only 12 years apart and that isn't bad at all!
GO for it, Girl!!!

How old are you? If you're 13, That's a problem!
Seriously, the age difference will show up all your life, in what you like to do, your views on important issues, etc. Also, assuming you stay together for life, he will be old and unable to do things long before you are. My parents are 11 years apart. My dad sits and stares at TV, my mom still wants to GO!

Pros- what you state above
Cons- 1)he'll try to take advantage of your youthfulness.
2) what's wrong with women his on age???
3) he's trying to sleep with you
4) you'll feel like you should please him b/c your younger
5) most of them have an ulterior motive and you won't
know it since your young and naive.
6) you'll always try to prove that your mature by doing
things you probably won't do to please him.
7) he's too experienced and knows way more than you do.
All these apply if your under 21. If your older than 21 than only number 7 applies.

If you are both legal adults, then what you do is your business. My best girlfriend (35) is currently dating a guy who is 17 yrs older than she is, and they are absolutely crazy about one another. It wouldn't appeal to me, but I can't knock it for those who are living it and loving it.

Cons--
Like it or not you grew up in different times. When I try talking to younger girls I always feel like I got put through a timewarp. If you are both into this, then he may be for you.

Pros--
Something is better than nothing at all.

pros - hes probably got money. hes probably mature and he probably knows how to treat a woman by now
cons - he probably just wants to get in ur pants. make sure your not a booty call. thats kind of weird. make sure you have real feeligns for eachother not just lust. things can go very rong.

after a certain age of life, it really doesn't matter

what matters is how he treats you and how you feel about him

and that's it

Age is only a number--assuming you are an adult.
