But people do have an excuse. There are a lot of plausible ideas out there, like the coming from nothing, evolution thing. It's being taught in schools all over the U.S. I'm sure they'll have a good excuse for not believing, and what would be the difference anyways? If miracles start happening and God returns, everyone will equally believe. Nobody should be damned for their ignorance.

People who are on an honest "search for truth" don't look for only those statements that support the self-serving things they so want to believe.
You are the one who needs to "Get with the program" and mature to the point where you can be a moral, ethical, and responsible adult w/o expecting rewards like we offer to children.
Do you believe your god will not respect a moral, ethical adult and ,therefore you need to slobber at his feet and flatter him to "hit the jack-pot" and get what you want in the" heaven" that your own paranoia has caused you to believe in?

They already have. Everybody has gotten with his program...
As for excuses, there never never were any valid excuses.
If it's truth you're looking for, that's a whole other story.

I find it strange that Jesus didn't mention the medicinal benefits of certain molds as a parting gift to Humanity, when he left.

I agree. There do seem to be some people who think they can fool God. I say if you are going to be a "sinner" do it with gusto. In my opinion those who attend church on a regular basis yet fornicate and steal and covet on a regular basis are worse than they people who just say to hell with church. For they are at least honest in sin.

He may have said it. But it is obviously untrue, at least to date. It's as if neither history, nor any other part of reality, can give sight to those who will not see.

There are these people that go around from door to door who want to talk to you about religion. Next time one comes to your house, listen to him/her.
