I had this problem for some years with my ex. Tried all the nose patches, menthol strips etc and none of it worked. However, there's a product you can get from health supplement stores though I can't remember the brand name. Its compressed sea air in a can. You have a wee squirt up both nostrils before sleeping and it cuts out your snoring big time.

Find out why you are snoring. It can be caused by sinisitus, smoking, drinking, in fact anything. My partner snores from time to time all night and I could choke him, I just have learned to live with it, but at the time I hate his guts!!!!!! I tried the spare room in the past, but that relationship broke down anyway. See your doctor - could be something simple.

let your girlfriend sew a tennisball in the back of your sleeping outfit. it will be a bit uncomfortabel for you to sleep for a few days... but: end of snoring!
the best thing is: you'll get used to the ball, but you won't snore again! Try it... it will keep you alive! hehe

I've seen in most drug stores a medicine that you snort up your nose that's supposed to help make you stop. Don't know if it really works or for how long though.

Why not do what I have done, my husband snores like mad AND grinds his teeth, I got sick and tired of it so I bought some wax earplugs, they really do work. Get some for your girlfriend, I am sure she will appreciate them,. ( but don't get them as a chirstmas present for her or she really will kill you!!!)
