There's Arabic and there are Arabic dialects. I think you wouldv made it easier if you told us do you want it said to a male or a female but since you are a female I'll tell you how to say it to a male:
I'll have to divide it a little to make it easier for you to pronounce....
Standard Arabic (like in books):
atak baluni zao jatan lak? (would you take me as your wife?)
or hal tataza wa juni? (would you marry me?)
or hal tak baloz za waja bi?
They all work just fine.
in Egyptian dialect it's even easier: teg gaw wez ni? (the "aw" in "gaw" sounds like in "out")
Arabian Gulf dialect: tabi tet zaw wag ni?
in Syrya and Lebanon: I think it would sound somthing like: tet jaw wazni? (also "aw" as in "out" and the "j" doesn't have this "d" sound before it, just j not dj) but better check it.
Any way Arab women wouldn't say it any way! They will just dance around it!

Think twice before you do!!!
What about grabbing him/her by the shoulders and leading him/her off to a church/mosque?
However: don’t forget that I warned you!
